Biographical Information
Brittany N. Adams is an associate at the Panama City office. Her practice concentrates on civil litigation including employment and construction law. She also assists with community association and local government matters.
Ms. Adams earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, WA, where she was a managing editor of the Washington Law Review and member of the Pro Bono Honor Society. During law school, Ms. Adams also served on the Washington Innocence Project clinic, and interned with the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General Corps, U.S. Coast Guard Judge Advocate General Corps, and U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. During her last semester, she was a legal extern for the Honorable Robert S. Lasnik at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. Prior to law school, Ms. Adams earned a B.A. in English and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Adams worked as an Assistant State Attorney in the 14th Judicial Circuit where she gained valuable trial experience. She also represented personal injury plaintiffs at a firm in Washington, DC, and practiced criminal defense in Virginia. She spent several years as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State where she represented the United States at embassies overseas and advocated for U.S. interests in high-stakes environments.
Mrs. Adams was born and raised in Panama City, FL. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and exercising.
