Welcome Robert Clark

Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC is pleased to announce the newest Birmingham attorney, Robert Clark. An accomplished attorney, Clark brings a wealth of experience and expertise in personal injury and commercial litigation.

Before joining the firm, Clark played a significant role in representing personal injury plaintiffs at a boutique firm in Birmingham, Alabama where he focused on catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. Prior to his personal injury practice, Clark honed his skills in commercial law, representing banks and businesses across Alabama in a wide array of commercial litigation and transactions.

Clark’s extensive experience encompasses business tort and fraud claims, commercial loan recovery, collections, bankruptcy litigation, breach of contract actions, and drafting commercial loan agreements.

“We are excited to welcome Robert Clark to our team,” said I. Ripon Britton, Birmingham Managing Lawyer. “His diverse skill set and dedication to excellence make him an excellent addition to our firm.”

Clark earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2014, where he received awards for his exceptional advocacy skills. Notably, in the Campbell Moot Court Competition, Clark earned the Most Outstanding Oral Advocate award, and his team secured the tournament victory along with the Best Brief award. In the Jessup International Moot Court Competition, Clark was recognized as the Top Speaker in the Southeast region, earning induction into the prestigious Order of Barristers. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Alabama, majoring in History and Political Science.

Outside of the legal arena, Clark and his wife, Lauren, reside in Birmingham. In his leisure time, he enjoys hiking, playing music, and participating in endurance events as a car racer.
