F. Harrison named Bay Education Foundation’s First Ever Rainmaker

Franklin R. Harrison, Founding Partner of Harrison Sale McCloy and ongoing supporter of education in Bay County has been honored by the Bay Education Foundation with their first ever Rainmaker Award.

The award was presented by David Powell, President of the Bay Education Foundation and Ms. Janet Kessler, Program Manager/Mentor Coordinator of Bay Education Foundation on behalf of the foundation to Mr. Harrison. The award was presented to him for his direct efforts in promoting education and securing funding for the Bay Education Foundation Programs and Scholarships.

According to Mr. Harrison, “I am honored to be receiving this first-time award. Education is vital to community and community is vital to education. We must continue to work together for our futures.”

The award was presented at the Bay District Schools Board Meeting on February 11, 2014.
