Christopher S. Hamer Accepted into the Southeast Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel
Christopher S. Hamer, a Member of Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC in Birmingham, has been accepted into Class III of the Southeast Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
Hamer is an experienced litigator who regularly handles matters involving estates and trusts, guardianships and conservatorships, probate administration, business and real estate disputes, and other complex litigation. He earned his J.D., with honors, from Birmingham School of Law and his LL.M. in Taxation, cum laude, from The University of Alabama School of Law. Hamer joined Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC in 2021 and is part of the firm’s Probate Litigation and Estate Planning & Wealth Preservation practice groups.
The Southeast Fellows Institute was created by ACTEC Fellows to develop the profession’s future leaders in trust and estate law through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject-matter experts from across the United States.
The program consists of six sessions for lawyers nominated by an ACTEC Fellow and selected through a competitive application process. Class III begins in September 2025 and concludes in May 2026.
