Biographical Information

Nicole Bracey is an associate attorney focusing on probate and estate matters, estate administration, guardianships, and conservatorships.

Nicole, a native of Greensboro, North Carolina, graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Alabama with degrees in Finance and Political Science. While at Alabama, Nicole served as an Ambassador for the Culverhouse College of Business, was the Director of Alumni and Campus Relations for UA Dance Marathon, and a member of Alpha Chi Omega. In May 2022, Nicole graduated Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law. During law school, she served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association, Executive Editor for Vol. 11 of the Mississippi Sports Law Review, and was a student-attorney in the Transactional Law Clinic. When Nicole is not at work, she enjoys watching SEC Football, spending time with her dog, reading fictional books, and exploring downtown Birmingham.
