Biographical Information
Chase Pritchard is an associate in the Firm’s business section. He assists clients in a wide variety of transactional matters, including real estate, mergers & acquisitions, contract negotiation, and entity formation.
Before joining the Firm, Chase served as vice president and in-house counsel for an international construction company that specialized in industrial and port construction.
Chase and his wife, Sara, live in Mobile with their two young children, Mary Helen and Cuen. Chase is also active in his community, including serving as vice president of St. Mary’s Knights of Columbus and on the board of directors for Rapahope.
