Congratulations to Melvin Evans

Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC is pleased to announce Melvin Evans, Technology Director for the Firm, has been appointed to the Commission on Artificial Intelligence and Associated Technologies by Governor Kay Ivey. He is one of the 10 appointed members of the 18-member commission.

In his role on the committee, Evans will help guide important decisions that directly affect the citizens of Alabama with regard to policy to advance the state’s growth in the tech sector. Evans has more than 34 years of experience that includes Government, Private and Legal sector experience. He will attend the first meeting on the commission in September in Montgomery.

Speaking of Evan’s appointment, Managing Lawyer Roger Bates said, This honor is certainly well deserved. Melvin will represent our firm well, but most importantly, he will contribute to the well-being of our State.
