Biographical Information

W. Bradley Smith practices in Hand Arendall Harrison Sale’s Litigation Section. Mr. Smith received his J.D., summa cum laude, in 2002 from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif upon graduation. While attending the University of Tennessee, Mr. Smith was a member of the Tennessee Law Review. Mr. Smith received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from the University of North Carolina in 1998.

Mr. Smith is a member of the Bar of the State of New York, First Department, and is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York.
