Biographical Information

Valentina is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Business Section. Her practice focuses on real estate law, business and corporate law, community association law, and civil litigation. A significant portion of her practice involves advising clients on all aspects of real estate development, including land acquisition and subdivision, as well as the formation and governance of homeowners’ associations. In addition, Ms. Palmer assists clients with select estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters. Her clients have included national and local businesses, 501(c)(3) organizations, shareholders, developers, counties, condominium associations, and homeowners’ associations.

Valentina received her J.D. from Florida State University, cum laude. While at Florida State University, she served on the editorial board for the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy, as a member on the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law, and on the Business Law Review.
