Biographical Information
Preston Howard is an associate in the firm’s Litigation section. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration, with a major in Finance, from The University of Alabama. He continued his education at The University of Alabama School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2026 and graduating in the top third of his class.
Before attending law school, Preston served as a law clerk to Judge Ben Brooks in Mobile, Alabama. During law school, he continued to gain valuable experience in the courtroom and legal profession as a law clerk to Judge Brad Almond in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Preston was also a recipient of a CALI Award during law school, recognizing outstanding achievement in a law school course.
