Biographical Information
Chase Lacy represents insurance carriers, policyholders, and corporate clients in various complex civil litigation and coverage disputes. Chase has significant litigation experience in state and federal courts throughout Alabama. He handles a broad range of matters including liability defense in personal injury, construction defect, contractual disputes, trucking and insurance coverage. Chase takes a proactive, hands-on approach in defending his clients by working closely with them to limit exposure, mitigate risks and navigate all aspects of litigation.
Chase is a native of Stevenson, Alabama. He is a 2016 graduate of the University of Alabama, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice. Thereafter, Chase attended Cumberland School of Law, where he obtained a Juris Doctor degree in 2019. Chase currently resides in Mountain Brook along with his wife, Carolyn, and their son, Thomas. Beyond his legal practice, Chase enjoys traveling, coaching youth sports, and playing golf. He is also actively involved in charitable and civic initiatives in Birmingham.
