Biographical Information
Stephen G. Crawford is a retired member of the Firm’s Business Section. He practices in the fields of general corporate, partnership, and commercial law; mergers and acquisitions; banking; executive compensation; and estate planning.
Steve was born in Asheville, North Carolina and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1964. He graduated from Duke University, A.B. 1961, and Duke University School of Law, LL.B. 1964. He is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha and the Order of the Coif. Steve served as a member of the Board of Editors of the Duke Law Journal.
He is a member of the Mobile County Bar Association and the Alabama Bar Association. Steve has been recognized in the book The Best Lawyers in America in the fields of corporate law and banking law for more than twenty years.
