Biographical Information
Ryan Dardard is a transactional lawyer representing businesses and individuals with issues involving business/corporate law, and commercial and residential real estate transactions. He advises clients with matters arising throughout the business process including legal aspects of their operations, buying and selling businesses, and commercial leasing.
Mr. Dardard earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. He earned his B.A. in philosophy and theology from St. Joseph Seminary College, Cum Laude, while a seminarian for the Archdiocese of Mobile.
Mr. Dardard is active in the local bar and community. He is a member of the Bar Associations for Mobile and Baldwin Counties. He serves on the Pro Bono Committee of the Alabama Bar Association. He is a Fellow for the Good Counselor Fellowship, in which he advises faith-based non-profits. He is Chancellor of the Saint Thomas More Society of Mobile, Alabama. Together with his wife, Gabriella, he is an active parishioner at St. Rita’s Catholic Church in Santa Rosa Beach.
