Brooks Mason is an associate attorney focusing on estate planning and probate litigation.
He graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2021 where he competed on the National Trial Advocacy team and was the recipient of the George Peach Taylor Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. While at Alabama, he externed for the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corp, and the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office. He was also a member of the Alabama Council of Presidents and the St. Thomas More Society.
Brooks graduated from Samford University in 2017, magna cum laude. At Samford, Brooks was a John Howard Scholar and a Truman Fellowship Nominee. In the summer of 2016, Brooks was an honors fellow at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C.
Brooks currently lives in Trussville with his wife and son and enjoys fishing, golfing, and the Alabama Crimson Tide. He is a member of Saint Paul’s Cathedral in Birmingham.
